is a big one and assuming you're in business, I'm sure you understand. If a
professional hasn't been able to solicit any testimonials from satisfied
clients, I'd be very hesitant about hiring him or her. The fact is, it's easy
for someone to brag about how great they are. I'm much more impressed when
someone else is putting their reputation on the line by endorsing a certain
service provider.
4.) Can you show me some samples? Similar
to testimonials, samples provide real credibility in my eyes. It means the person
you're speaking to actually has work they're proud to show. Ask them if they
have any samples that are in line with the project you'd like them to complete.
Some writers are specialists and others simply don't have any experience in the
particular type of writing you may require. For example, there's a significant
difference between writing a case study and a short email blast.
Simply asking a few brief questions can give you a whole
heap of information about your prospective copywriter. It will potentially save
